Greetings, from the University of Kentucky Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (UKVDL).
Thank you for your continued business and the trust you have placed in our services. We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change in our fee structure that will be implemented July 1, 2023.
After careful consideration and evaluation of our operational costs, it has become necessary for us to revise our fee schedule due to inflation and the increased cost of supplies. As of July 1, 2023, we will be implementing an average fee increase of 14% across most of our services. This adjustment is necessary to ensure the quality and sustainability of the diagnostic services we provide.
We understand that any change in pricing may raise questions, and we want to assure you that we remain dedicated to providing you with excellent value for your investment. Our fees are still competitive within the industry, and we firmly believe that the quality of our services justifies this adjustment.
Beginning on July 1, our updated fee schedule, which reflects the average 14% increase, can be found on our website (http://vdl.uky.edu). We recommend that you review these changes and update your records accordingly.
