Nocardioform Placentitis Cases at the UKVDL for the 2025-26 Foal Season

This graph is updated on Wednesday of each week and represents new cases of Nocardioform placentitis diagnosed each week. Please note that there is typically a 3-5 day delay from case submission to PCR results which means some cases reported each week were submitted the prior week. Once cases are finalized for the month, monthly totals will be updated. These cases include both abortions (fetus and placenta submitted) and placenta only submissions.
