The infectious disease agents in this panel includes Bovine Herpes Virus 1, Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus, Neospora caninum, Leptospira, Toxoplasma gondii and Listeria monocytogenes. Test results should be interpreted with clinical signs and other related laboratory findings. $103.00 $103.00 Real-time PCR(QL)
Diagnostic Plans Bovine respiratory disease- Panel 1 (Bacterial multiplex real-time PCR) Nasal or nasopharyngeal swabs, transtracheal washings, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, affected lung, bacterial isolate. (Minimum 50 gr affected lung) Specimens should be submitted to the lab in leak-proof, sterile containers with refrigerated conditions as soon as possible. 1-2 working day. This panel has been implemented to detect major bacterial agents causing bovine respiratory disease complex. The bacterial agents in this panel includes Mycoplasma bovis, Mannheimia haemolytica, Histophilus somni and Pasteurella multocida. Because some of the bacterial respiratory pathogens could be present in healthy animals, the multiplex PCR results should be interpreted with clinical signs and other related laboratory findings. Bacterial culture and sensitivity can be performed upon request for an additional fee. $46.00 $69.00 Real-time PCR(QL)
Diagnostic Plans Bovine respiratory disease-Panel 2 (Viral multiplex real-time PCR) Nasal or nasopharyngeal swabs, transtracheal washings, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, affected lung tissue or viral isolate (Minimum 50 gr affected lung) Specimens should be submitted to the lab in leak-proof, sterile containers with refrigerated conditions as soon as possible. 1-2 working day Because viral pathogens may be detected following intranasal vaccine administration, the multiplex PCR results should be interpreted with clinical signs and other related laboratory findings. $46.00 $69.00 Real-time PCR(QL)
